To be saved is to be delivered from sin
And its consequences
To be preserved from danger and protected by God's presence
You were chosen before the foundation of the Earth,
Then called by the voice of the Lord to accept Christ for rebirth
So once saved, how do you fill the prescription?
Let's see if I can offer you an adequate description
Once saved, you are free from the law of sin and death
And once it's wiped away you may be wondering how you are kept?
Ye are saved by grace and not of yourselves
Once saved, your body is where the Holy Ghost dwells
Follow the instructions of the Bible; don't make this new life hard
Fight the wiles of the Devil by putting on the whole armor of God
Resist the devil and he will flee from you
Recognize he is a liar who is steadily deceiving you
I want to inspire you to put to use the teachings of Christ
Jesus already paid the price in order to live a saved life
Now the just shall live by faith
Without faith it is impossible to please Him
For he that cometh to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him
Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen
Through faith we become new creatures- transformed, peculiar human beings
Do the will of God
Present yourselves a living holy sacrifice
Quench not the spirit
Pray without ceasing
In everything give thanks
For this is the will of God concerning you in Christ
Be ye led of the Spirit; be fishers of men
Tell everyone God so beloved the world that he gave His only begotten Son for them
And that the believeth is not condemned
There is none righteous, no, not one
Just do the will of the Father until His kingdom comes
Therefore it is of faith that it may be grace
Exhibit the fruit of the Spirit; run the good race
Desire to seek His face
You are an heir to gold streets already paved
He will separate the tares from the wheat to fulfill your quest to affirmed you're blessed and saved!
